A health check up camp is going to be held in your school. Suppose you are the General Secretary of the students. Write a notice asking the students to participate in the camp to check up their health.

This is to inform all the students that our school is organizing a medical health check up camp for the students as well as the staff members. A team of the doctor from the District Hospital would be conducting the camp on 25th April in our school auditorium from the morning to evening. Free medicines will be distributed among the students. Further treatment will also be provided in the district Hospital. Dr. R. K Biswas, the chief surgeon of the District Hospital will remain present. All the students are requested to enlist their name to their class teachers for health check up. For further details students may contact the undersigned.
